Mortgage rates held at the lowest levels of the year, Freddie Mac said Thursday.
The 30-year fixed-rate mortgage averaged 3.78% in the week ending Sept. 14.
The 15-year fixed-rate mortgage also stayed the same, at 3.08%, while the 5-year Treasury-indexed hybrid adjustable rate mortgage fell 2 basis points to 3.13%.
