How to make Methi Malai Matar
Start by cutting the paneer into small cubes and set aside. Make a paste of chopped onion, ginger, garlic, sliced green chilies, cumin seeds and cashew using little water in a blender jar.
Heat butter in a pan over medium flame. Once the butter starts melting add cloves, bay leaves and saute for a minute. Now, add the ground paste prepared above and again saute for 5-6 minutes. Add fenugreek leaves to the pan along with milk and a little water into the pan and boil it for 5 minutes. Add paneer cubes, peas, salt in the pan and let it boil till it thickens. Lastly add fresh coriander leaves and cream. Mix well and serve hot.
